Current Research
Giovanni is currently researching the experiences of first and second African Immigrants in the United States. She is interviewing adult African Immigrants about their processes of Immigration, experiences of (In)Equality and Identity. She is also, along with the HER Initiative of Atlanta, completing a research project entitled Mama Said focusing on Mother Daughter Sexuality Education Communication in the African American Community
